T-Mobile USA takes Telus to court over My Faves branding

T-Mobile USA has filed a lawsuit against Telus, which launched a My Faves service in Canada that is similar in name and in the offering to the U.S. carrier's myFaves calling plan. T-Mobile "is vigorous in protecting and defending its brand and marks, and will take rightful action against any infringement of its intellectual property," said T-Mobile USA spokesman Peter Dobrow.
