IEA says more supertankers booked to hold oil for later

The International Energy Agency is reporting an increase in floating storage as demand drops, tanker freight rates decrease and supply accumulates. Frontline says 20 to 25 very large crude carriers have been leased in the past two months to hold oil for future delivery.
