Duncan: Schools should be creative and innovative with technology use

Education Secretary Arne Duncan urged schools "to be much more creative and innovative" in their use of technology, calling on educators to ensure that it is used effectively as a "game-changing" tool. Duncan said teachers should work to find new ways to incorporate the use of cell phones and PDAs into classroom instruction, mirroring the way students are already using the technology.
