Appeals court upholds AIA provision on certain whistle-blower claims

Congress didn't run afoul of the Constitution by doing away with whistle-blower claims against businesses that incorrectly label their products as patented, according to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Congress made that change as part of the America Invents Act.
