CGMA reports examine issues including shared service centers

Several CGMA reports were released last month during the 20th anniversary of the Balanced Scorecard, at the University of Edinburgh. "Relevance Regained: Performance Management in Shared Service Centres" analyzes shared service centers used by several international entities. The report says flexible standardized processes are necessary for continual improvement. Other reports released include "Performance Measurement and Risk Management in Intermediary Food Chain Businesses" and "Economic Value Added Adoption In China's State-Owned Enterprises: A Case of Evolutionary Change."
