Judge allows Hawker Beechcraft to rebid for Air Force contract

After Hawker Beechcraft questioned an Air Force contract awarded to Sierra Nevada Corp., a U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge ruled it was "rational and reasonable" for the Air Force to ask the two parties to resubmit their proposals. The ruling states that the court "finds that ample evidence was before the Air Force to support its concern that the procurement was likely tainted by bias."
