The markets could swing violently on news of a fiscal deal between the White House and Congress, in large part because Wall Street does not know what to expect and has been unable to price the impact of a deal. "The debt ceiling -- you were either going to default or not," says Michael Feroli, JPMorgan Chase's chief U.S. economist. "Here there's a whole range of outcomes."
