Comcast says it is "aligned" with NCTA on policy

Comcast says it is "aligned" with the public policy approach of the National Cable & Telecommunications Association, the trade group that indicated last week it was supportive of efforts to examine retransmission-consent rules. Comcast is looking "forward to working with NCTA and the entire industry to accomplish our mutual objectives, including ensuring that broadcasters remain incented to make future investments in content," the company said in a statement.
