Outlook dim for military helicopter purchases

The U.S. military will be buying fewer helicopters in the future, a trend that is spurring manufacturers to focus on drones and commercial clients. Around 2011 and 2012, the U.S. military's helicopter purchases topped $10 billion annually, but experts expect that to fall to half by 2018.
