"Wastebook" catalogs government's frivolous spending

Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., has published his 2013 "Wastebook," an accounting of government spending he sees as frivolous. Among this year's most egregious cases: the State Department's decision to spend $5 million on fancy wine glasses; NASA's commissioning of a $124,955 3D pizza printer; and the FBI's $1.5 million effort to shape the way Hollywood producers and writers depict the agency.
