Study: One in seven Web site links don't work

A study of 22,000 consumer Web site links by Jupiter Research found that one in seven home pages didn't work properly. Jupiter says the errors, which ranged from broken links to nonexistent sites, were sometimes severe enough to cause users to take their business elsewhere.
