Teachers against performance appraisals linked to student performance

Alliance of Dallas Educators chief Aimee Bolender says teachers are adamantly opposed to a proposed evaluation system that would base at least 25% of the assessment on student standardized test scores. Superintendent Mike Moses says the change would help identify ineffective teachers so they could be given remedial help.
