Crews fix leaks, but water still flows in Big Dig tunnels

The number of leaks in Boston's Big Dig tunnels has dropped from several thousand a few weeks ago to about 650 as construction crews work to repair the tunnels. The water continues to flow, however, and the tunnel system is expected to pump out as much water as was removed in 2006, according to a new study.
