Screeners scrutinize travelers' behavior

Security screeners at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport are focusing on travelers' behavior and looking for signs of hostile intentions. "While we still need to screen baggage and carry-on items, the real focus is on people and creating a new layer of unpredictability at the security checkpoints," TSA Administrator Kip Hawley said.
