Fund may sue PwC over losses from alleged fraud by Madoff

Fairfield Greenwich, a fund from which investors could lose $7.5 billion that was invested with Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities, is considering a lawsuit against its accountant, PricewaterhouseCoopers, for failing to uncover a mammoth Ponzi scheme allegedly managed by Madoff. Victims of the scheme are looking for potential defendants with deep pockets, in hopes of recovering some of their losses.
