Mishandled bags top complaint at TSA

The Transportation Security Administration has logged some 12,000 formal complaints so far this year, and mishandled bags -- including items that are lost, stolen or damaged -- came in at the top of the list. Rude treatment by screeners was second on the list, followed by inappropriate or inconsistent screening procedures. TSA adjusts its training based on passenger complaints, according to a spokeswoman. "We're really focused on dealing with the issues passengers face."
