Nurses reflect on top spot in poll on honesty, ethics

Nurses weigh in on taking the top spot for the seventh year in Gallup's 2008 "Honesty and Ethics of Professions" poll, with 84% of Americans rating the profession as the most honest and ethical. Judy Lott, professor and dean of Baylor's School of Nursing, says the public's trust comes "not from the extraordinary moments, such as emergencies, but from the ordinary moments."
