Obama's stimulus package could increase to $850 billion

An economic stimulus package proposed by President-elect Barack Obama may be worth about $850 billion, larger than the $600 billion first envisioned, according to congressional officials. The plan would include spending on infrastructure projects, such as roads and bridges, as well as energy-efficient government buildings and school renovations.
