Report: Breakfast eaters weigh less

People who eat a nutritious, low-calorie breakfast are less likely to be overweight than are those who eat a high-fat breakfast or nothing at all. A national survey of U.S. adults found that people who eat low-calorie foods for breakfast tend to have a healthier overall diet than do others.
