Cirrus owes Minnesota city $225K in lease payments

Brent Wouters, president and chief executive of Cirrus Aircraft, reassured city officials in Duluth, Minn., that the company would pay its debts. Cirrus owes $225,000 in lease payments to the Duluth Economic Development Authority for an aircraft maintenance facility. Duluth Mayor Don Ness said he hopes to work out a repayment plan with the company by early next year.
