Coffee is found to lower risk of Type 2 diabetes

Coffee drinkers have a better chance of averting Type 2 diabetes, according to researchers from Australia's George Institute for International Health at the University of Sydney. The study revealed that each additional daily cup of coffee, regular or decaf, results in a 7% decrease in diabetes risk.
