Adobe ad-tech purchases hit $2.4B

Adobe says its deal to buy search firm Efficient Frontier cost $400 million, raising its two-year investments in ad-technology companies to $2.4 billion. The acquisition of Omniture for $1.8 billion in 2009 started the ad-technology acquisition trend for Abode, which now is one of market leaders in buying such companies.
