Taco Bell aims to upgrade its dining experience

Taco Bell needs to move away from the concept of "food as fuel" and toward the idea of "food as experience," CEO Greg Creed said earlier this month. Analysts agree that the quickservice chain needs to find ways to upgrade to bring back customers from popular fast-casual Mexican concepts Chipotle and Qdoba.
