2013: Year of the vegetable?

Restaurant consultants and nutrition experts are predicting the kinds of foods they think will be popular in 2013. Some say vegetables -- particularly greens -- will receive much of the attention, and that chefs will continue to come up with creative side dishes and salads. Experts also predict that restaurants will increasingly source from their own gardens, and diners will prefer casual dining and small-plate options.
