Device emits radio waves to melt fat

The Venus Freeze emits a magnetic pulse that induces skin cells to grow as well as radio waves that induce elastin and collagen production. It can melt modest amounts of fat and leave the skin looking more toned, says plastic surgeon Jennifer Walden. The device is painless but requires a series of treatments before results are apparent.
