TSA seeks risk-based "partnership" with travelers, Pistole says

The Transportation Security Administration is continuing to shift from a one-size-fits-all approach to security to more of a risk-based partnership between the TSA and travelers, says Administrator John Pistole. Initiatives include the PreCheck program, which expedites screening for qualifying travelers, and the use of dogs to sniff out explosives.
