Congress braces for fight over debt limit

The Senate passed a two-year budget deal and sent it to President Barack Obama for his signature. The plan sets out the U.S. government's spending through 2015 but says nothing about raising the debt limit, which must be addressed by February or March to prevent the government from shutting down. Republicans are divided over how they should deal with the debt limit.
