N.J. development's residents seek help for uncompleted roads

Residents of an 87-home development in Bordentown Township, N.J., have asked township officials for help in completing the private community's unfinished roads after the developer's bankruptcy. The mayor told the homeowners association that calling the developer's performance bond would be officials' "last resort." The homeowners have hired an engineering firm to help find a resolution to the situation.
