Tips on managing the technology-based, collaborative classroom

Educator William Tolley, learning and innovation coach and head of history at the International School of Curitiba, Brazil, in this commentary shares how he manages his 21st century classroom focused on technology and student collaboration. Among his suggestions are having teachers model appropriate technology use -- such as not surfing the Web while someone is talking.
