Kraft To Sell Farley And Sathers Candy Brands

Kraft Foods announced Dec. 18 it will sell Farley and Sathers candies to FS Acquisition in an effort to cut costs and focus on core products. The Farley and Sathers brands, which Kraft acquired when it bought Nabisco Holdings in 2000, are expected to generate $220 million in sales in 2001.
