Freedom Tower to reach for the sky

A plan calls for the construction of the world's tallest building -- 1,776 feet -- at site of the former World Trade Center in New York City. Architect Daniel Libeskind completed the revision in conjunction with architect David Childs, who works for trade center leaseholder Larry Silverstein. The building will feature 70 floors with a crown of wind turbines that would generate energy.
