Analysts: Giant Eagle could be a Marsh suitor

Giant Eagle's regional proximity and acumen in dealing with unions make it a logical candidate to buy Marsh Supermarkets, according to industry analysts. The company has a history of purchasing and turning around family owned businesses. A Giant Eagle spokesman said the company is researching its options, but declined to comment on any possible sale.
