South Korea cloning scandal reverberates in U.S.

U.S. researchers fear the controversy surrounding South Korean stem cell research pioneer Hwang Woo-suk has damaged hopes of promising research elsewhere, with one scientist calling the scandal "a black eye on the whole world of science." The scandal also has had its impact on Science magazine, the journal that first reported the now-controversial research and says the study will be withdrawn.
