NASD fines USAllianz Securities for supervisory failure

The NASD fined Minneapolis-based USAllianz Securities $5 million for widespread supervisory and record-keeping deficiencies. The regulator said the severity of the fine "reflects the magnitude of USAllianz's supervisory failures." USAllianz neither admitted nor denied the findings.
