Study: Teens who take vitamins are healthier

Adolescents who use multivitamins live a healthier lifestyle, a study in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association found. Twelfth-grade students studied tended to eat better, exercise more and exhibit healthier behaviors if they also took supplements. Twenty-five percent of the teens used multivitamins, with variations depending on sex, race and ethnicity.
