Credit crunch puts Minneapolis hotel projects on hold

Developers of two hotel projects in Minneapolis say they have had to put their plans on the back burner for now due to stricter lending conditions, which are affecting commercial projects. The projects were a 140-room Graves Hotel planned as part of a mixed-use development and a 114-room boutique hotel.
