Former teacher, superintendent takes new job in Ohio district

Wade Lucas, a former fifth-grade teacher who worked his way up to superintendent, recently was hired as head of Olentangy Local School District in Ohio's Delaware County. "To us he's the total package," said Scott Galloway, Olentangy board president. "He has dynamic leadership and motivational skills and a strong community commitment, everything we were looking for in our next superintendent."
