SNL Kagan: ESPN is heading toward 8% ad revenue increases in 2010

With a strong showing from automotive and financial services advertisers, ESPN will generate $1.48 billion in net ad sales in 2010, an 8% increase over last year, according to SNL Kagan. The sports network is coming up on the all-important college football bowl season, in which it will present 33 of the 35 bowl games, including the Jan. 10 matchup between Oregon and Auburn for the national championship.
