Starcom wins $600M Novartis global media review

Publicis Groupe's Starcom has won the global media account for Novartis, whose $600 million annual spending places it among the top 100 advertisers worldwide. Starcom won the account after a review that included longtime incumbent MEC, which recently has lost other major accounts, including Pizza Hut, Activision and Toys "R" Us.
