Greek bond yields plunge as public workers strike

An upgrade by Standard & Poor's and a European Central Bank pledge to accept Greek bonds as collateral have helped push Greek bond yields down to 21-month lows. Meanwhile in Greece, a 24-hour strike by public workers in protest over austerity measures shut down schools, transport and tax offices.
