Obama threatens to veto Boehner's "fiscal cliff" plan

House Republican leaders have worked to line up votes to pass Speaker John Boehner's "Plan B" for averting the "fiscal cliff." The plan would extend tax cuts for Americans with incomes up to $1 million. President Barack Obama has said he will veto the measure if it makes it through Congress. Boehner's leadership team told Republicans that the measure is a way to extract further concessions from Obama on taxes and spending.
