Consumers using exchanges want decision-making guidance

More than half of the consumers surveyed by LIMRA said they want help finding the most cost-effective health insurance plan on an exchange, need more information about their options and about program eligibility, and need assistance understanding how exchange-sold plans work. The survey was conducted in October, and the lead analyst said news of exchange problems may have swayed opinion.
