Reindeer milk not likely to hit mainstream

In a year that has seen the rise of camel, sheep and goat milk, the industry is unlikely to see reindeer milk become a trend. The milk is higher in fat content than most other milks, produces a lower yield per milking session, and it requires two people to milk, as one must hold the antlers while the other attempts to milk.
