Report: Viacom pulls out of talks to build YouTube killer

A plan by a group of mainstream media giants to create a video-sharing rival to YouTube appears to be unraveling. Viacom reportedly has pulled out of the talks, and CBS' commitment is said to be shaky, leaving only NBC Universal and News Corp. Walt Disney had earlier declined to participate, according to reports.
