Indian Hotels seeks apology from Orient-Express

Indian Hotels Co. is asking Orient-Express Hotels Ltd. for an apology after Orient-Express turned down a proposed a business deal. Indian Hotels says Orient-Express implied that the deal would jeopardize Orient-Express' status as an independent company. Indian Hotels owns an 11.5% stake in Orient-Express and called Orient-Express' response to the proposal "pejorative, inaccurate and libelous."
