RFA: Cellulosic ethanol, advanced technologies need support

As President Barack Obama announced at the U.N. summit on climate change that the U.S. aims to reduce greenhouse-gas emissions by 17%, his administration faces criticism that it is not doing enough to back initiatives that could help achieve the reduction goal. Cellulosic ethanol and other advanced technologies need a final push before they can reach commercial production, says Bob Dinneen, CEO and president of the Renewable Fuels Association.
