Sheltair Aviation breaks ground for facility at Fla. airport

The Sheltair General Aviation facility broke ground last week in Bay County, Fla. Sheltair has operated out of a temporary facility since the airport opened. "I think it's going to be a great thing for the aviation community of this area to have a first-class operation here," said Sheltair CEO Jerry Holland.
