Investors put $130 million into thin-film solar cell startup

Stion, a develop of thin-film solar cells made from copper, indium, gallium and sulfur-selenide, has attracted another $130 million in private-equity funding. The startup will use the money to expand its plant in Hattiesburg, Miss., and to establish a manufacturing subsidiary in South Korea.
