Guests challenge chefs with off-menu requests

A number of restaurants offer dishes that aren't on the menu as a way to keep things interesting for guests and spur new innovations from the chef. "We used to have a few things off the menu, and now we've gone to people coming in and just saying, 'Feed me.'
