Federal lawmakers seek to dig deeper into paperwork-reduction issues

Which parts of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act create the most paperwork for schools and districts? Why has no state taken advantage of paperwork-reduction pilot programs? These are questions two federal lawmakers recently presented in a letter to the Government Accountability Office, asking it to take a closer look at paperwork-reduction policies under IDEA.
